![]() ![]() My husband and I went here January 3 - 6th to celebrate my birthday. Had to take 2 separate elevators to 22nd floor because. Got our room which was not what I requested for reservation but was told it was only handicapped accessible room available by this time. She had to ask 3 times to bring a bandaid for my husband's hand before someone finally did.Ĥ. After finally getting back down to front desk to check in requested a manager. Took 30 minutes after an 8 hour drive to get there.ģ. Sat in 35 degree weather (he has severe copd) until another patron showed up to open the door for us. Husband cut his hand trying to get wheelchair through door without it shattering glass. Only doors in to elevator had no accessibility button or automatic opening from garage. Found handicapped parking finally on top floor of garage. One trip in would have been fine but had to make 3 trips in because staff ignored requests 1st 2 times.Ģ. Had to get out of vehicle & walk inside to get help with baggage. ![]() The ADA says a company has to provide equal accessibility but apparently biloxi and most of it's "resorts" are clueless as to what that means!ġ. My husband is in a wheelchair and I use a mobility scooter. ![]()
